Jim Feldkamp,

Managing Partner

Jim is an investor operator, three-time entrepreneur and serial CEO. He has deployed more than $4 billion of capital in deals across North America and Asia.

Prior to Alary Capital, Jim was Partner at Full In Partners, a New York-based growth equity fund, where he was responsible for deals from term sheet to close. Prior to Full In, Jim was CEO of Pomelo Health, a healthcare IT Full In portfolio company, which he led through to exit in a sale to Telus Health.

Prior to Pomelo Health, Jim was Co-Founder and CEO of MingJian, the Ai Personal Shopper of China, empowering consumer choices with international lab-tested ratings for more than 50,000 products in more than 100 product categories.

Jim has an MBA in International Business with honors from INSEAD and two Bachelor degrees, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BSE in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School and a BAS in Transportation Systems from Penn Engineering. Jim has degrees in Mandarin Chinese from the Beijing Language & Culture University and Middlebury College.

Jim is an active Rotarian, member of the Brookline Rotary Club, former Secretary of Rotary China, Past President and Charter Member of the Fresh Start Rotary Club of Shanghai. He developed and led the Save Kids Lives program for child road safety in China, saving the lives of thousands of children through legislation mandating the use of child car seats, regulation ensuring child car seats meet European safety standards, and training doctors and nurses in 15 maternity hospitals across 7 cities and 35,000 parents on the proper installation and use of child car seats.

Jim has worked globally on every continent except for Antarctica and speaks English, Chinese and French. He is an avid sailor, competing in more than 10 offshore regattas across Asia and North America.

Tom Meyer,

Managing Partner

Tom was most recently a Managing Partner at the $1+billion venture firm, Alumni Ventures. He is an experienced investor, CEO and strategic consultant, who has made over 100 investments. Prior to founding Nassau Street Ventures for Alumni Ventures, Tom was CEO of three venture-backed companies and worked in consulting, banking, and corporate development. He brings a global perspective to business, having lived in Europe and Asia and worked in 40 countries around the globe. Tom has an engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
