What this site collects
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Browsing it sends Alary Capital no information about you, with one exception: the About page loads the small script that delivers the contact form from EmailJS, a form-delivery service, via a content-delivery network, and that request shows those servers your IP address the way any page asset does. Nothing else on the site loads from third parties. The server that hosts the site keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, time of request); we use them only for security and operations, and we do not combine them with any other data.
What you send us
The About page carries one contact form, asking for your name, email address, company (optional) and message. When you press Send, EmailJS transmits what you typed to info@alarycapital.com, processing it on our behalf; it is not stored on the site. If the delivery script cannot load, the form instead opens a pre-addressed message in your own email program, and nothing is sent until you send it. If you contact us by email directly, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, firm, role, contact details, and the substance of your enquiry.
How we use it
To respond to you, to evaluate and conduct a possible engagement, and to send material you have requested, such as the white paper. We do not use what you send us for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share, sell, or circulate it.
Where it lives, and for how long
Correspondence is held in the partners’ mailboxes with our email provider, which processes it on our behalf; contact-form submissions reach us through EmailJS on the same basis. It is not fanned out into a marketing or sales tool. We keep it as long as the correspondence and any engagement that follows require, and we delete it on request where no legal obligation requires otherwise.
Visitors in the EU and UK
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our legal basis for handling what you send us is our legitimate interest in responding to and conducting business correspondence. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
Requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, write to info@alarycapital.com. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
