What this site collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. Browsing it sends Alary Capital no information about you. The server that hosts the site keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, time of request); we use them only for security and operations, and we do not combine them with any other data.
What you send us
The About page carries one contact form, asking for your name, email address, company (optional) and message. What you type there is sent to info@alarycapital.com and is not stored on the site. If instead you contact us by email, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, firm, role, contact details, and the substance of your enquiry.
How we use it
To respond to you, to evaluate and conduct a possible engagement, and to send material you have requested, such as the white paper. We do not use what you send us for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share, sell, or circulate it.
Where it lives, and for how long
Correspondence is held in the partners’ mailboxes with our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. It is not fanned out into a marketing or sales tool. We keep it as long as the correspondence and any engagement that follows require, and we delete it on request where no legal obligation requires otherwise.
Visitors in the EU and UK
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our legal basis for handling what you send us is our legitimate interest in responding to and conducting business correspondence. You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
Requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, write to info@alarycapital.com. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
